Young scientists will also delve into the uniqueness of water, discover capillary action using chromatography, how it helps plants defy gravity, and investigate the uniqueness of air. Students conclude this class with explorations on flight, heart and lungs, and the digestive system. By making planes, parachutes, jets, and windmills, measuring lung volume, creating heart and lung models, design a working stethoscope, and discover how enzymes and fats are a part of the digestive system, students might have aspirations in the aviation or health care professions.

Please send your child with a snack and water bottle.
