Physical Education

Physical Education

On our state-of-the-art field, students enjoy playing football,  soccer, basketball, gaga ball, and much more.

At the Grammar level, Movement classes begin with proper warm-up activities and stretching. Students are introduced to a variety of sports and are taught proper form and execution.

At the Logic & Rhetoric levels, students look forward to quarterly “PE Days”, where they spend the entire school day staying active, practicing perseverance, and cultivating good sportsmanship through special activities, from climbing 14rs to tubing in the snow.

Field Day

Towards the end of the school year, all Arma Dei students gather for an annual Field Day celebration. Students compete in teams and participate in exciting games as the Greeks and Romans did.

Grammar Movement

Movement is our unique approach to physical education, where teamwork takes center stage. Students build strength, endurance, and agility through dynamic activities designed to challenge the body and unite the group. But it doesn’t stop there—Movement also nurtures character and faith, encouraging students to grow in their identity in Christ as they develop resilience, integrity, and a heart for others.
