Mrs. Cory’s Kindergarten Enrichment students read the book How to Make an Apple Pie and See the World by Marjorie Priceman. Students learned where each ingredient comes from around the world and located each country on the globe. Did you know cinnamon from the Kurundu tree in Sri Lanka? They ended the week with a celebration of eating a delicious homemade apple pie!
