Congratulations Graduates!

Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything,  but in every situation,  by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Abraham Lincoln

John Voehl, a nationally recognized Lincoln historian and presenter, made a guest appearance in our first and second-grade classrooms. In celebration of the 16th president’s 209th birthday, Mr. Voehl regaled students with tales and trivia from Lincoln’s childhood. He dressed in a stovepipe hat, black bowtie, black double-breasted jacket and trousers and acted out scenes and legends from Lincoln’s early years for an audience of spellbound students.

8th Grade document the expansion project

Phase I Expansion Update

At their March meeting, the Board of Directors unanimously authorized the completion of the Phase 1 expansion: finishing the main and lower levels. As a result, we will no longer need to use Living Way for classrooms. The completion of the Phase 1 expansion also aligns our facility with our programming, returning all classes to a 16:1 or less ratio. It is a time of both celebration and continued prayer that the project finishes on time and under budget.
